About the RoleWe're looking for a dynamic Head of Marketing to leadour marketing activity at The Wave. You'll help shape how the world sees us,drive demand, and ensure our storytelling is as powerful as the experiences wecreate on site.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced, creative andcommercially focused role. You'll be responsible for developing and deliveringmarketing campaigns, driving digital performance, and ensuring our brand andrevenue continues to grow while staying true to who we are.
Key responsibilities include:- Developing anddelivering multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement,bookings and revenue.
- Oversee the brandstrategy that strengthens positioning, consistency, drives awareness, andsupports commercial growth across all key markets.
- Build and managedata-driven customer acquisition journeys, leveraging CRM, automation, andsegmentation to increase conversion and retention, maximise sales performanceand CPA efficiency with clear ROI targets.
- Working closelywith teams across The Wave to bring new products, offers and experiences tomarket.
- Analyseperformance, reporting on key metrics and using insight to continuouslyoptimise our activity.
- Manage thebudget, forecast, allocate, track spend and efficient use of resources.
- Managing externalagencies where required, ensuring effective delivery and strong ROI.
- Lead themarketing team (in-house and external agencies/freelancers), define roles,mentor team members, oversee workflow and deliverables.
- Own audience mapping and profiling, segmenting key targetsand creating data-driven personas to guide campaigns.
- Playing thecentral role in shaping our long-term marketing strategy.
You're a collaborative marketer who knows how to blendcreativity with strong commercial focus. You thrive in a dynamic environmentwhere ideas move quickly and where every day brings something new.
- Proven experiencein digital marketing, campaign management, CRM, analytics and reporting,driving profitable digital customer acquisition at scale.
- Strong data andanalytical capability - you know what to measure, how and why, motivated bycontinuous optimisation and measurable results.
- A strategicmindset paired with the ability to execute brilliantly.
- Excellentcommunication skills and an eye for great storytelling.
- Experiencemanaging content creation.
- A proactive,positive spirit that aligns naturally with our FAIR values.
You don't need to be a surfer - but you should beexcited about what we do.
Qualifications- Degree inMarketing, Business, Communications or related discipline - or equivalentdemonstrable experience.
- Proficiency withmarketing analytics tools, CRM, digital advertising platforms, and projectmanagement.
