Exciting 12-month FTC Head of Marketing at a leading London museum, perfect for a data & digital marketer to shape strategy with hands-on delivery. This is a hybrid role with a salary of £54k.
Responsibilities- Lead marketing campaigns across retail, digital channels, and visitor experiences
- Oversee the delivery of income-generating campaigns to support ticket sales, retail performance, and fundraising
- Drive forward the implementation of a CRM project and help shape a new customer loyalty and data strategy
- Champion data-led audience insight and segmentation to inform long-term loyalty strategy
- Manage the organisation's website, e-newsletter, and digital communications
- Line manage two direct reports within marketing and digital
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers
- Balance hands-on delivery with strategic leadership
- Experienced digital marketer with strong CRM and website expertise
- Skilled at using audience data and insight to inform campaigns
- Hands-on and adaptable - confident delivering campaigns as well as setting strategy
- Excellent communicator with strong commercial acumen
- Experience in retail or consumer marketing
- Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
