  • Reporting to senior leadership, you will take full responsibility for manufacturing operations across a complex, multi-disciplinary production environment.
  • This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on driving change, embedding best practice and building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead all manufacturing operations including production, planning, engineering interface, quality, HSE and continuous improvement
  • Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, cost and delivery
  • Implement and embed Lean / CI methodologies
  • Optimise capacity, productivity and workflow planning
  • Develop robust KPIs and performance visibility across the function
  • Build, mentor and empower a capable leadership team
  • Partner cross-functionally with commercial, supply chain and engineering teams
  • Support long-term strategic planning and investment decisions

The person:

We are looking for a credible, hands-on leader with the gravitas to influence at senior level and the energy to engage teams on the shop floor.You will likely bring:

  • Proven senior manufacturing leadership experience within an engineering or industrial environment
  • Experience leading change and driving measurable performance improvement
  • Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing and CI frameworks
  • Experience managing complex production processes (assembly, machining, fabrication or similar)
  • A data-driven, structured approach to problem solving
