Mode Labs in Oxfordshire is seeking a senior hands-on engineering leader to industrialise its autonomous opto-chemical sensing platform. The role blends strategic ownership with direct build, test and troubleshooting, expanding into a larger manufacturing team as the product scales.

You will drive productisation, verification, compliance and market access, coordinating across engineering, quality, operations and supply chain to ensure robust, manufacturable solutions and scalable processes.
