Head of Major HV Projects & Growth

Mitie Power & Grid is expanding into a major new phase, merging G2 Energy and ESM Power under a unified Major Projects function. The Head of Major Projects will lead a 30-35 strong multidisciplinary team responsible for high-voltage grid connections, BESS and balance-of-plant projects, delivering on strategic growth with governance and accountability.

You will report to the MD and steer cross-functional delivery, finance, HR and PMO collaboration, while shaping the future leadership path within
