Head of Maintenance - Luxury Hospitality (Multi-Site)

Caprice Holdings Ltd is seeking a Head of Maintenance to lead engineering and facilities across our luxury restaurant estate in London and beyond. You will set the maintenance strategy, develop PPMs and drive operational excellence to ensure safety, efficiency and exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage external contractors, empower the maintenance team and partners, and monitor KPIs, budgets and energy initiatives.
