What you will do

• Define and evolve the technical roadmap for ML systems-including model architecture, training infrastructure, and deployment practices
• Hire, coach, and manage a world class ML engineering team
• Remain technically involved-whether prototyping, reviewing architecture, or unblocking the team

The ideal candidate

• 7+ years experience in ML/AI, including leadership roles in fast moving technical environments
• Deep fluency in applied machine learning, including physics focused ML or geometric deep learning
• Proven track record of delivering production ML systems (ideally at a startup or scale up)
