A leading modular engineering firm in Northern Ireland is seeking a Head of Operations (M&E) to oversee the operational delivery of modular plantroom systems. This role involves managing mechanical, electrical, and BMS teams while driving operational efficiency and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance project performance, ensure safety and compliance, and lead innovative strategies for growth. This is a full-time position based at the head office in Banbridge.
