Head of Luxury Housekeeping & Estate Operations

Estelle Manor is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead a large housekeeping operation across its Oxfordshire estate. You will manage 108 rooms, suites, houses, cabins and public areas to the highest luxury standards.

You'll oversee a team of 80+ colleagues, including Head Housekeepers, Supervisors, Coordinators and Room Attendants, driving consistency and continuous improvement while taking full ownership of the department.
