Head of Literacy & English (SEND) - Inspire Neurodiverse Learners

Northease Manor School in Rodmell, Lewes, East Sussex seeks an inspiring Head of Literacy to lead our literacy journey for students in a warm, inclusive SEND setting. You will shape teaching practices, mentor staff, and collaborate with the wider team to support every learner.

The ideal candidate will have QTS or proven experience, a relevant degree, and a passion for neurodiverse learners, with SEND CPD and the ability to train others.
