Head of Lettings - Richmond

Location: Richmond, London

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic

On-target earnings: £80,000 - £100,000+ (uncapped commission)

Job Summary

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Head of Lettings or Senior Lettings Manager to lead a successful residential lettings team in Richmond. This role is ideal for a driven and commercially minded individual looking to take the next step within a well-established, multi-branch estate agency. You will be responsible for driving lettings performance, winning new business, and managing high value client relationships in a competitive London market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage, lead, and develop a team of lettings negotiators
  • Drive new lets, renewals, and overall branch revenue
  • Conduct market appraisals and win new instructions
  • Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors, and tenants
  • Negotiate tenancy agreements and oversee deals through to completion
  • Identify opportunities to grow market share and increase profitability
  • Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
  • Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and industry regulations
  • Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Lettings Manager, Senior Lettings Manager, or Head of Lettings
  • Proven track record in generating new business and achieving targets
  • Strong knowledge of the Richmond or wider London lettings market
  • ARLA qualified or working towards qualification
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Commercially aware and target driven
  • Full UK driving licence
