Head of Legal & Compliance - Banking, SMF16 (London)

NACBA is seeking an experienced Head of Legal & Compliance (SMF16) to lead the bank's regulatory compliance at its London branch. You will oversee policy development, governance, and risk-based assurance across the business.

Reporting to senior stakeholders, you will ensure FCA and PRA compliance, manage regulatory obligations in Wholesale Banking, and advise on legal developments affecting operations. Mandarin/Chinese fluency is required.
