Head of Legal - Western Growth & M&A Leader

PatSnap Limited is seeking a commercially focused Head of Legal to lead the legal function for the Western region, supporting operations across the UK, North America and Canada. You will provide strategic counsel on corporate transactions, governance, risk and enterprise contracts, partnering with Finance, Sales, Product and People.

This is a broad leadership role with international expansion and cross-border collaboration with APAC to ensure a globally aligned legal function.
