Head of Legal - Land Team (In-House) - Exeter

Persimmon Homes is seeking an In-House Solicitor to lead the Legal Land Team in Exeter. The role reports to the Group Solicitor and focuses on land/HA work across regional offices, handling property matters and coordinating with multiple divisions.

The successful candidate will manage the Land Team, develop cross-office relationships, and travel as required to support dealings and disposals while advising on planning and infrastructure issues.
