Head of Legal - Commercial & M&A Leader (In-House)

The Panel, a client with a strong manufacturing footprint, is seeking its first Head of Legal to act as a trusted, commercially focused adviser to the business as it scales.

You will own the legal function, lead broad responsibilities across commercial, governance, compliance and risk, supervise external counsel, and work closely with the CEO and board on governance, M&A and strategic projects.
