Head of Lean Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

A UK-based specialist manufacturer is seeking a Head of Lean Manufacturing to lead Lean practices across six sites. This newly created role offers ownership of Lean deployment, coaching of Lean Coordinators, and the chance to influence operational excellence. Ideal candidates will have proven experience in manufacturing environments with strong Lean capabilities.
