Senior Management Opportunity

Location: Leeds
Coverage: Leeds & surrounding areas (roaming role)
Salary: £50,000 basic + £500 pcm car allowance (£56,000 total)
OTE: £100,000
Contract: Full-time Senior Management
Reporting to: Managing Director

The Opportunity

An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Land & New Homes professional to lead, grow and shape a regional Land & New Homes function. This is a senior, highly visible role focused on land acquisition, new homes delivery, business development and team leadership.

Business Development & Networking (Primary Focus)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, housebuilders, landowners, planning contacts and introducers.
  • Proactively generate new land and development opportunities through networking, events and partnerships.
  • Convert relationships into repeat instructions and new developer clients.
  • Act as a visible, credible ambassador across the region.
Land & New Homes Delivery
  • Identify and secure land and new development opportunities aligned with business strategy.
  • Produce and/or oversee site and land appraisals and advise on go-to-market strategy.
  • Oversee new home launches and ongoing sales performance, ensuring strong pricing, presentation and conversion.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimise results.
Leadership, Marketing & Collaboration
  • Lead and develop the Land & New Homes team, setting clear standards and driving performance.
  • Work with Marketing to build brand profile through content, launches, case studies and digital presence.
  • Collaborate with wider teams to drive referrals and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide regular pipeline, performance and governance reporting at senior level.
Experience & Requirements

Essential

  • Proven track record in winning new business within land, development or new homes.
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end residential sales process.
  • Solid knowledge of planning systems and the land/new homes market.
  • Ability to create and assess land and site appraisals.
  • Commercial, confident and credible with senior stakeholders.
  • Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and business insurance.

Desirable

  • NAEA Level 3 (Sale of Residential Property) or equivalent.
