Job Description

Swiss Re in London seeks a dynamic Head of Underwriting & Claims Portfolio for UK & Ireland to lead technical underwriting and claims across the region. You will oversee portfolio performance, guide risk appetite, and drive strategy in collaboration with cross functional teams.

You will build and coach a high performing team, champion analytics, and ensure services align with evolving market needs while strengthening client relationships and Swiss Re's brand in the UK&I market.
