Head of L&D, CIS - Transformation & Capability

Capgemini is seeking a strategic Head of L&D CIS to lead the learning and upskilling strategy across CIS businesses. You will drive onboarding programs, CIS methodologies, and CIS technology upskilling within a global framework, while aligning with the Global Head of GBLs Learning and CIS CHRO.

You will shape the operating model, champion a One Capgemini mindset, manage the CIS learning budget, and lead a team to deliver relentless improvement in learning outcomes across multiple countries.
