Head of KS4 & SEND Leadership

The Willows, part of Nexus Multi Academy Trust, is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Head/Head of KS4 to lead Key Stage 4 provision. You will combine high-quality teaching with strategic leadership to shape curriculum pathways that meet all pupils' needs.

Work as part of the Senior Leadership Team to develop school plans and drive improvements across KS4. The role offers a supportive environment in which to make a lasting impact on young people's lives.
