Head of Knowledge, Social Care & Product Experience

RLDatix seeks a London-based Head of Knowledge to define and drive the knowledge strategy across our product portfolio. You will translate complex guidance into practical digital experiences while collaborating with Product, AI, Data and Engineering teams to deliver valuable new features.

You will engage directly with senior care leaders and professional bodies, representing RLDatix at conferences and forums while shaping how knowledge is accessed and applied in care delivery.
