Head of Kitchen (Primary School)

• Assist with food preparation and cooking, following established recipes and quality standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and compliant with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Support the team by guiding junior staff during busy service times.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen leaders to develop and refine menu items.
• Respond to guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Participate in training new team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
• A strong team player with a solid understanding of hospitality and kitchen operations.
• Leadership experience or the ability to supervise others is a plus.
• Familiarity with restaurant service, including bar knowledge, is an advantage.
• A genuine passion for cooking and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
