Job Description
Cronos Finance has been active for over twenty years in wealth and institutional management. With about thirty employees, it has established itself as a recognized leader in Swiss real estate funds. Since then, Cronos Immo has experienced sustained growth, surpassing a billion francs in assets and managing a portfolio of over a hundred properties across Switzerland. The launch, in September, of a second fund marks a new phase of development. In this context of expansion, we are looking for a Head of Investor (M/F). A role at the heart of the company's development, you will report to management and be involved in strategic discussions. You will be responsible for relations with existing financial partners and actively contribute to the development of the investor network in French and German-speaking Switzerland. As a true ambassador for the funds, you will ensure regular communication, participate in capital raises, and organize exchanges with key market players. You will oversee all marketing and sales materials and actively participate in positioning and strengthening the company's image. You will represent Cronos Finance at specialized events or interventions, embodying this role with autonomy, credibility, and a sense of responsibility, in a sustainability-oriented approach. Your profile: With confirmed experience within a fund management company, a real estate structure, or a comparable financial environment, you have a solid knowledge of the Swiss real estate fund market and a high level of financial acumen. Used to presenting investment products to demanding interlocutors, you combine analytical rigor, commercial sense, and interpersonal ease. Structured and autonomous, you seek to engage in a growing entrepreneurial project and actively contribute to its long-term development. As a French speaker, you navigate comfortably in a bilingual context. Strong professional skills in German would be a real asset; otherwise, an excellent level of English is essential. jid9971ad3aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
