Head of Internal Controls & Quality Management

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Head of Internal Controls & Quality Management to lead first-line risk and controls across Revolut Europe Bank. You will oversee operational risk and ensure our first-line defence remains airtight as we scale.

In this role, you will build dedicated teams, define risk appetite for core products, implement automated controls, and collaborate with Product to embed governance into the product lifecycle while maintaining regulatory engagement across Europe.
