As a result of this continued commitment, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Internal Communications to join and lead a growing team in shaping a best-in-class internal communications strategy and capability.


The Role:

In this leadership role, you will head up a central internal communications team, with responsibility for:


  • Designing and delivering high-impact, group-wide internal communication campaigns.
  • Developing and enhancing new and existing internal communication channels.
  • Ensuring consistent, effective messaging across all areas of the organisation.
  • Measuring and evaluating the impact of internal communications to inform continuous improvement.
  • Creating and owning a comprehensive colleague listening strategy, ensuring the voice of employees is heard and acted upon.


You'll be a key partner to senior stakeholders, supporting cultural change and employee engagement across our client's complex, multi-site operations.
