Head of Institutional Sales: Crypto & Fintech

Range is seeking a high impact Head of Institutional Sales to build and manage relationships with leading institutions across crypto, payments, and fintech. You will support GTM strategies, structure complex enterprise deals, and represent Range to banks and asset managers globally.

The role requires closing 5-6 figure deals, deep regulatory awareness, and the ability to work autonomously in a startup environment while traveling 25% of the time.
