Head of Institutional Sales & Growth

FalconX is seeking a General Manager to oversee day to day operations and administrative functions for FalconX Limited. The role includes managing budgets, leading institutional sales, and reporting on financial performance to the Board.

You will ensure regulatory alignment, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements across the organization. The position involves collaboration with Malta authorities and the Maltese board.
