What you'll do- Design, build and implement technical security controls across cloud, application, and data platforms
- Embed and integrate security into SDLC, CI/CD, and platform engineering practices
- Use AI and automation to improve detection, prevention, and response
- Lead incident response and threat modelling with a practical, engineering first mindset
- Build and mentor a small, highly capable security team
- Deep technical background in modern security engineering (cloud, application, infrastructure)
- A strong builder mindset: you write code, automate, and remove friction
- Experience running lean teams with high ownership and high trust
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for applying AI to real security problems
- High bar for quality, simplicity, and well crafted solutions
- Competitive salary + annual bonus or commission (role dependent)
- Health, well being and learning support
- Gym membership, Smart Tech Scheme and Cycle Scheme
- Birthday/Special day leave
- Employee Share Programme
- Buy & sell holiday scheme
- 1 week's paid charity leave and much more!
