Head of Incident Command & Rapid Service Restoration

Proactive Appointments Limited seeks an experienced Head of Command Centre & Incident Management to lead our UK Command Centre. You will drive incident response, ensuring rapid service restoration and minimal business impact across the IT estate, while coordinating with technical teams and senior stakeholders.

The role may require on call involvement and occasional hours outside standard business times to support major incidents.
