Head of HR Shared Services & HRIS Analytics

Brayleys, part of AWR Holdings UK Ltd, is seeking an experienced Head of HR Shared Services to lead a multi-site team across the Group, delivering efficient, accurate HR support and insightful reporting.

You will own the HR Information System (HRIS), drive process improvements and automation, partner with key stakeholders, ensure compliance with UK employment law, and create a high-performing, service minded HR function that supports our people and business growth.
