Head of HR & People Transformation

Quantum Care is seeking an experienced Head of HR to lead HR operations, employee relations, HR systems and compliance across multiple sites. You will partner with senior leaders to implement the People Strategy, drive HR transformation and improve workforce performance.

The role requires extensive HR leadership, strong change management skills and a track record of delivering regulated HR initiatives. Significant travel across Hertfordshire is expected.
