Job Description

Position: Head of HR (full time, permanent).

The Head of Human Resources is responsible for leading the strategic and operational delivery of Human Resources across The Abbey School. The postholder will develop and implement an HR strategy that supports the School's vision, values and strategic priorities, ensuring that The Abbey attracts, develops and retains outstanding staff. The role commences September 2026.
