Head of Homes Proposition & Growth

Co-operative Bank plc is seeking a dynamic Head of Homes Proposition to shape and lead the homes strategy within the newly formed Group Commercial Office. You will own the Homes product roadmap, drive development and simplification of portfolios, and collaborate with executives to ensure market and regulatory alignment.
