ENABLE Scotland is seeking a Service Manager to lead the Care at Home and Housing Support services across the North East. The role is based in Fraserborough with travel to Dundee and Aberdeenshire, working 35 hours per week.

You will develop and support teams, create a positive culture, and ensure high quality, person-centred care while maintaining safeguarding and regulatory compliance across the region. A flexible travel approach is essential.
