Afton Chemical is seeking a senior leader to head the Heavy-Duty Engine Oil (HDEO) R&D team, guiding chemists and engineers in enabling chemistry, new products, and rigorous performance testing aligned with our product roadmap.

You will translate market plans into actionable NPD programs, oversee safety and ISO documentation, and provide technical leadership across cross-functional groups to deliver impact.
