Location: Coventry

Pay Rate: Circa £25 per hour

Are you a Health and Safety Manager seeking a hands-on role where you can make an immediate impact? We are recruiting for a Health and Safety Manager to cover a short-term gap in the management team.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage risk assessments, audits, and accident investigations.
• Deliver safety training to promote a safety-first culture.
• Support a transient workforce, maintaining consistent safety standards.

• NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety certification.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics safety management.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (37.5 hours/week)

Environment: Fast-paced, multi-site operation with automation integration

Reporting to: Operations Director, working closely with key stakeholders
