Head of Health & Safety - Construction Leadership

O'Neill and Brennan is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of the H&S function across our construction operations in London. The role combines site-based leadership with strategic influence, ensuring high standards on ongoing projects and driving continuous improvement.

You will develop policies, conduct audits, manage RAMS, investigate incidents, and report to the Managing Director.
