Head of Health & Fitness for Fire Service

Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service (MFRS) is seeking a qualified Fitness Instructor to lead the health and wellbeing function at the Service Headquarters. The post holder will design and deliver fitness testing for firefighters and tailor programmes to improve fitness and weight management.

The role includes day-to-day leadership of the Nutritionist & Physical Training Advisor and the Health and Fitness Advisors, delivering safe testing procedures and supporting policy governance.
