Head of Growth Marketing

This one is a full stack marketing role folks. It's for a rapidly growing, seed-funded SaaS scale-up that is growing quickly across both ARR and headcount.

They're looking for a hands-on Head of Growth Marketing / Head of Demand Generation to take ownership of the entire marketing function and help build the next phase of growth. You'll be reporting directly into the CEO & founder.

You'll own everything from brand and positioning through to content, demand generation, campaigns and pipeline.

What you'll own

• Own the overall marketing and demand generation strategy
• Build and execute campaigns that directly drive pipeline and revenue
• Own brand, positioning, messaging and content
• Develop and scale inbound and outbound demand generation
• Work closely with Sales to build a strong GTM engine
• Own content across LinkedIn, website, email and other channels
• Manage campaigns, events, partnerships and other growth initiatives
• Track marketing performance, pipeline contribution and ROI
• Build the processes, systems and playbooks needed to scale the function
• Work closely with the founders and leadership team on overall GTM strategy
• Help build out the marketing team as the company continues to grow

About You

• 5+ years' experience across B2B SaaS marketing / demand generation
• Strong full-stack marketer who can move between strategy and execution
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and driving growth
• Strong understanding of brand, content, demand gen and GTM
• Comfortable working in an early-stage / high-growth environment
• Commercially minded and highly data-driven
• Hands-on attitude - happy to build things yourself rather than just manage agencies
• Excited by the opportunity to build a marketing function from the ground up
