Head of Growth & Paid Acquisition

TALA is seeking a Head of Growth to own all paid routes to new customers. You will set acquisition strategy, manage the media budget and drive growth from about £30m to £100m+ revenue, leading a small in-house team and agency partners across paid social, search, video, programmatic and affiliates.

You will build annual and in-season plans, measure CAC/ROAS, and partner with Brand and Digital Experience to expand into new channels and markets.
