Job Description

Drive market penetration for a disruptive Robotics-as-a-Service platform. You will take full ownership of the sales cycle, building a scalable go-to-market engine across sales, partnerships, and marketing. Initially an individual contributor role, you will work closely with founders to transform warehouse automation through AI-powered orchestration and vendor-agnostic solutions.

What you will do

• Execute a full cycle sales strategy targeting 3PLs, eCommerce providers, and enterprise logistics operators to meet ambitious revenue targets.


• Build and manage strategic partnerships with system integrators, OEMs, and automation partners to expand market reach.


• Develop scalable GTM infrastructure including the MarTech stack, CRM reporting, and account based marketing playbooks for consistent outreach.

The ideal candidate

• Proven track record of closing complex B2B technology or logistics service deals with founder level and key decision makers.


• Deep understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain technology, or automation processes with a solution based selling mindset.


• Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to operate as a hands on individual contributor while designing long term commercial strategy.
