Head of Growth

As we scale our Revenue Organisation to accelerate growth across North America and EMEA, we are looking for aHead of Growthto take the reins of our high-volume, global user base and transform active usage into a predictable, scaling revenue engine.

You will sit at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Sales, holding the number for our self-serve business while feeding high-velocity PQLs to our Enterprise team.

As Head of Growth, you will lead a team that owns self-serve and product-led ARR, turning active users into paying teams through experimentation, lifecycle automation, monetisation improvements, and activation optimisation.

Mandate:GM of self-service revenue & PLG architecture. Responsible for activation, conversion, monetization, and upgrade velocity

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

Drive paid subscription ARR growth

  • Own the strategy and execution for self-serve ARR, inclusive of acquisition efficiency, conversion rates, and churn reduction

  • Deliver quarterly ARR targets in partnership with the CRO and Finance

  • Grow paid subscriptions (monthly + annual) through in-product, lifecycle, and outbound activation motions

  • Heavily influence pricing and packaging strategies. Test friction vs. value gates to maximize Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) without stifling the viral loop

  • Drive monthly to annual migrations to improve ARR stability and payback efficiency

Accelerate user activation

  • Overhaul the "first mile" of the user experience. Use behavioral data to predict and drive key adoption moments that lead to habit formation.

  • Move beyond standard drip campaigns to behavioral-triggered, multi-channel automation that nudges users toward value and payment

Run a high-velocity experimentation engine

  • Build a culture of high-velocity testing. Run a strong experimentation cadence across onboarding, pricing, messaging, landing pages, and lifecycle automation, continually increasing the number of experiments as you scale

  • Build a modern experimentation stack and partner with engineering to ensure clean data and rapid iteration

Account expansion

  • Identify high-potential accounts and define PQL handoff triggers for Sales, e.g., heavy usage domains

  • Operationalize the handoff to Sales, being responsible for the quality and volume of leads flowing into the Sales team

Cross-Functional Growth Leadership

  • Work closely with BI to instrument funnels, define KPIs, and ensure high-signal tracking

  • Feed insights from experiments into Product, Marketing, and Sales to influence roadmap and GTM strategy

Our Ideal Candidate (What You Bring)

This is a Director/VP-level operator who acts as a GM for self-serve revenue and activation. You have scaled a B2B SaaS PLG motion from $10M to $50M+ ARR (or similar scale) before:

  • 8+ years in Product-Led Growth, Growth Marketing, or activation-focused roles in SaaS

  • Deep understanding of activation funnels, lifecycle automation, onboarding, and adoption moments

  • Demonstrated ability to run rapid, high-velocity growth experiments

  • Strong analytical skills across activation, retention, conversion, and subscription metrics

  • Comfortable working hands-on with PLG, Product, and Engineering to build flows, instrumentation, and automations

  • Hands-on, cross-functional operator (Product, Marketing, Engineering) who executes switfly and can scale what works
