Head of Growth - Product-Led Growth for Privacy SaaS

Proton is seeking a Head of Growth to own product-led growth for Proton Mail & Calendar. You will design and ship growth loops, own the roadmap, and measure activation, conversion, retention, and virality while partnering with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

You will lead end-to-end growth experiments, build a rigorous funnel, and drive cross-functional strategies to connect acquisition with onboarding and retention, shaping how millions use privacy-first tools.
