Head of Governance & Quality - Build Compliance

Leaders In Care Ltd is seeking a Head of Governance & Quality to establish and lead the governance function across our growing community-based services for adults with complex needs. You will partner with the Clinical Director to ensure outstanding, inspection-ready governance and quality frameworks.

This is a non-clinical leadership role focusing on governance, compliance, risk management and continuous improvement tailored to complex care environments.
