Head of Governance and Compliance

Prospectus is delighted to be supporting a national health organisation as they look to bring a new Head of Governance and Compliance into their CEO Office. This position is offered on a permanent, full-time, and hybrid contract based at either their London or Northampton office.

The Head of Governance and Compliance will lead the development and embedding of strong, transparent and encouraging governance practices across the organisation. They will work closely with trustees, committees, and the executive leadership team, working hard to ensure that governance is a trusted and enabling partner.

This position will live manager a Governance Officer and will lead of governance leadership, company secretary duties, risk and compliance.

The suitable candidate will be practical and pragmatic with a background in charity governance and compliance. You will have excellent stakeholder relations skills with the ability to communicate with individuals across all levels. You will approach your work with tact, discretion and confidence, with the ability to be hands on within the position.
