Head of Global Rewards, Equity & Performance Analytics

is seeking a highly strategic Head of Reward to lead our global total rewards framework. You will design and execute a comprehensive strategy covering base pay, incentives, and benefits across international locations, while owning equity architecture and scalable governance with the CHRO and Founder-CEO.

You'll partner with the executive team to drive a performance-led culture, conduct market benchmarking, and ensure pay equity and regulatory alignment across our global operations.
