I am looking for a Head of Global Marketing & Product Management to spearhead the global marketing strategy for an advanced surgical robotics portfolio. This high-profile role will be pivotal in defining and executing upstream and downstream marketing strategies, ensuring global commercial success. Reporting into the President of Marketing, you'll lead and develop a high-performing team, drive market positioning, and play a critical role in transforming the future of minimally invasive surgery.
As a key figure in the leadership team, you'll be responsible for:- Marketing Strategy & Product Management - Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies, market research, and go-to-market plans.
- Leadership & Team Development - Manage and inspire a high-performing international team, ensuring alignment across global markets.
- Product Lifecycle & Market Positioning - Drive product concept development, launch strategies, and lifecycle management for a cutting-edge surgical robotics portfolio.
- Market Communication & Brand Awareness - Lead marketing campaigns, digital presence, and commercial messaging, ensuring optimal positioning in the competitive MedTech space.
- Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with Sales, R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, and Digital teams to bring innovative solutions to market.
- Stakeholder Management - Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical stakeholders to shape market adoption strategies.
- 10+ years' experience in global marketing within the medical, medical device or MedTech industry, with a focus on product management and commercialisation.
- Proven leadership experience, managing and developing international marketing teams.
- Knowledge of surgical technologies, robotics, or minimally invasive surgery.
- A strong background in market research, digital marketing, go-to-market strategies, and brand positioning.
- Experience working in clinical environments, with a strong understanding of surgical workflows and technology adoption.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence key decision-makers.
- A passion for innovation, problem-solving, and shaping the future of MedTech.
- Willingness to travel internationally (50%+ as needed).
