Head of Global Distribution & Broker Partnerships

Chaucer Underwriting Services Limited in London seeks a senior leader to establish and maintain relationships with senior underwriting staff, lead the Distribution team, own broker relationships, and drive the distribution strategy in alignment with Chaucer Group.

You will work with Global Head of Distribution, develop data-driven insights, manage partnerships, and support MGA initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance and a customer-centric approach across the Syndicate.
