thortful is seeking a Senior Head of Buying & Merchandising to lead the gifting and flowers range, shaping supplier partnerships and range architecture to drive revenue, margin and growth.

You will own Personalised Gifting launches and cross functional projects, working with Technology, Operations, Marketing, Content and Finance to deliver a compelling, customer first offer.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands on delivery in a fast growing ecommerce business.
