• Leading a digitalization team and driving a digitalization agenda in collaboration with traders, portfolio managers and stakeholders.
• Developing, implementing, and executing team strategies that support the corporate strategy.
• Developing business by proactively identifying, proposing, and approving profitable business opportunities.
• Leading a systematic and quantitative team, and being responsible for performance, development, and delivery.
• Keeping up with market trends to maximize profits.
• Reporting directly to Head of European Gas Trading.

Key Qualifications / Experience

• Having a broad understanding of international Gas trading fundamentals.
• Analytical mindset and strong ability to navigate the markets.
• Strong experience with setting strategic direction.
• 3+ years of relevant leadership experience in the energy trading industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail, and numerical accuracy.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Located in Aarhus, Denmark.
